After having validated your form of pre-reservation, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request and recapitulating the detail of
your pre-reservation, THIS E-MAIL IS NOT A RESERVATION CONFIRMATION.
As of reception of your request, we will check the availabilities and will very quickly address an email of confirmation of availability to you, you will
be asked to fill and fax our deposit settlement form.
In the event of nonavailability, we will inform you of the other possibilities.

Deposit: for a booking to be confirmed, we require the effective payment of a deposit amounting to 50% of the value of the
stay. The deposit paid runs as a guarantee and will be held by the Hotel in case of cancellation or shortened stay (article 1590
of the French Civil Code). Deposit is deducted from the outstanding bill provided that the booking has been fully respected.
Cancellation:
1) For any booking cancelled more than 45 days prior arrival the deposit is reimbursed minus 5% correspondingto occasional charges.
2) Should the cancellation notice occur less than 45 days prior arrival, the deposit is fully retained by the Hotel.
3) should the cancellation notice occur less than 15 days prior arriva, , the deposit is fully retained by the Hotel and the total value of the initial stay is fully due to the Hotel.
